4. Turmeric

• Region: Sangli, Hingoli, Nanded
• Known For: High-curcumin turmeric exports from Sangli

5. Ginger & Garlic

• Area: Ahmednagar, Satara, Pune belt
• Market: Domestic and export use, key in Indian cuisine
