  • Budget Management: 

    Overseeing and managing the financial aspects of training programs to ensure cost-effectiveness. 

  • Collaboration: 

    Working with managers and other departments to ensure training initiatives are well-integrated and effective across the organization. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Instructional Design: 

    Proficiency in creating engaging and effective learning content for various platforms. 

  • Communication & Presentation: 

    Strong skills in communicating with employees and presenting information clearly and effectively. 

  • Analytical Skills: 

    Ability to assess needs, evaluate programs, and analyze data to drive improvement. 

  • Project Management: 

    Skills in planning, organizing, and managing training projects from start to finish. 

  • Interpersonal Skills: 

    The ability to work effectively with people and build strong relationships within the organization. 

  • Computer & Tech Literacy: 

    Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies for delivering and managing online training. 

  • Education:
